Adding a Command to a Menu

• On the Tools menu, click Customize.
• The Customize dialogue box is displayed.
• Select the Commands tab.
• In the Categories box, select All Commands.
• In the Commands box, select the command you want to add to a menu.
• Click on the command and drag it to the menu you want to add it to. The menu will be displayed.
  
  

  If the menu you want to add a command to is not displayed, select the Menu tab in the Customize dialogue box and select the menu you want to view from the Show menus for combo box.

  
  
• Drag the command to where you want to place it in the menu, and release the mouse button.
  
• Click Close on the Customize dialogue box to return to text editing mode.
